Ghost Scapes is a collection of rare early tracks by Daniel Benyamin, the first songs he ever recorded and released on several mini edition EPs in 2002/2003. Originally recorded on 16 track 1/2 inch tape in Daniel’ s first studio in a basement in the Black Forest, he reworked and remixed them in 2024 in Tessaloniki, Erfurt and Berlin. They were mastered in 2024 in Seattle by Jack Endino.
GHOST SCAPES is also the name of a new project that is rather a collective than a solo project.
Daniel’s experimental music, his compositions for soundtracks and theater/dance productions and collaborations with other artists put into pop songs will be released under this name.
This record is part of the Ghost Palace Artist Society which supports a basic income for artists and musicians.
